An Indian national, Dr. Singh completed her MBBS and subsequent rotatory internship at Govt. Medical College & Rajindra Hospital in Patiala, Punjab. She furthered her education with an MS in General Surgery from the same institution and an M.Ch. in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from King George Medical College in Lucknow, U.P., India. Additionally, she completed a visiting fellowship in aesthetic surgery at Akademikliniken in Stockholm, Sweden.
