Preparation for surgery of patient Giving stomach wash Giving of enema / bowel wash Catheterisation of patients. Care of breast and Perineum. Baby care Care of dying and death etc. Identifying nursing need of patients and treatment needs and carrying out the task identified . Giving care to patient as instructed by Sr. Sister / Doctor. Maintain personal hygiene and comfort of patients.
